All prices quoted on this site are EXCLUSIVE of GST. GST will be added at 10% as required by law.
Availability and Design
All images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or better quality.
Payments
We currently accept payments via direct debit or cash when item picked up/delivered.
We will accept company cheques and bank cheques as well.
Gift Wrapping
All our Nappy Cakes are wrapped in clear Cellophane and decorated with Ribbons and a Tag for that finishing touch.
Delivery
We deliver twice weekly (midweek and weekend) to anywhere in the Perth Metropolitan area. Standard delivery fee is $20 within a 20km radius of our base (in Darch). Delivery further afield can be arranged for a pre-quoted upon price.
Refunds and Returns
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not we offer a full refund (excluding delivery fee) for any items provided they are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please note you are responsible for the return delivery costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we cannot offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage.
